Woe White Speakers learn the story of the Phoenix that lived past its own death. Told backwards and forwards at the same time, the story defies structure and sits heavy in their mind. Their behavior becomes erratic, taciturn to ecstatic. They are often dye their garb black and are found at sites of future catastrophes, weeping for woe that is yet to come.
