Monster Expansion
Kingdom Death: Monster is played as a campaign stretching over many lantern years (and game sessions) to tell the story of your settlement.
Countless varieties of Monster campaigns are easy to create using a node system. All monsters in a campaign have a node. Nodes represent monsters’ difficulty. The monsters of the core game are:
[NQ1) White Lion, [NQ2] Screaming Antelope, [NQ3] Phoenix, [NN1] Butcher, [NN2] King's Man, [NN3] Hand, [Core] Watcher, and [Finale] Gold Smoke Knight.
When you purchase a Monster expansion, replace a core game monster of the same node with your new expansion monster.
